E-Learning
Below are some the features that are provided as part of our platform
Live Classroom Videos
- Videos are recorded during the class and uploaded for students’ reference. If a student is absent for a particular class, they can view the recorded videos online anytime
AV Summary
- Student has access to video summary of a class recorded offline by the faculty prior to the class
Slides, Notes & References
- All learning materials are made available to the students prior to the start of the semester
Question Bank & MCQs
- Questions can test their knowledge by taking online tests
PESU Forums
- An interactive forum where students can post course-related questions anytime. Faculty and students can respond to these queries and contribute to the learning process.
Assessments
Computer Based Tests
- In-semester assessments (ISAs/Internal) are conducted online, using our custom built fully automated assessment platform. The test, evaluation, re-evaluation and feedback is conducted online in a paperless process. Students and parents get immediate notification of results.
Pen and Paper mode Assessments
- The end-semester assessment is conducted in pen & paper mode. The answers scripts are processed using an image processing algorithm and grouped question-wise. To eliminate bias each answer is evaluated online without student details.
Hybrid Mode Assessments
- As a futuristic solution, the end semester assessment is also conducted in Hybrid mode. Questions are presented to students in CBT mode, students can key in the answers or write the answer on the booklet or both.
Pre-placement prep
A large number of tests in various areas are rolled out periodically to help students prepare for their placements and campus interviews. Aptitude, English proficiency and Programming/coding tests are part of our pre-placement preparation.
